I exist to receive texts for the Sacred Music and Social Media event in Trinity College Chapel, during Nuit Blanche, 7 pm October 1 to 7 am October 2.
Once again this year, the Trinity College Chapel will host a Nuit Blanche installation which blends historic religious practice with contemporary technology. We will be receiving texts through a variety of social media as the night goes on, and teams of cantors will improvise settings of texts received to ancient chant tones. The chanting will begin at 7 pm on Saturday October 1st, and continue until 7 am on Sunday, October 2nd.

Reply to any post on this identity's journal, or PM trinitynb, or (if trinitynb has subscribed to you) post something in your own journal headed "For Trinity Nuit Blanche".
Each hour of the night will have a particular theme (see below for the list; all times EST). You can send texts on any of these themes at any time, starting now, but the themes will determine when particular texts are chanted, so you'll have an idea of when yours might show up in the rotation.
12 themes for 12 hours
7-8 pm: fishing
8-9 pm: the economy
9-10 pm: groceries and cooking
10-11 pm: the future of the book
11 pm-midnight: cats, dogs and otters
midnight- 1 am: cephalopods
1-2 am: by-laws and ordnances
2-3 am: grandparents
3-4 am: graffiti
4-5 am: electoral reform
5-6 am: gardening
6-7 am: sleep
